Boulders - Free Training Program - Intro to Training

Boulders has created a free training program for our lovely members. The training program is an introduction to training and can be used as it is, or you can spice it up with your own exercises.

We believe that you have to develop and stay injury-free to have a Long and fun climbing life! Here's a training program that gives a good intro to building a training program and shows some cool exercises that are sure to give you a little extra on the climbing wall.

The exercises are not dangerous in themselves, but they can still cause you an injury if you don't listen to your body. If you are in pain, stop immediately. If you feel discomfort, take it down a notch and try again. However, pain and discomfort should not be confused with the feeling of burning out in your muscles. It is when you burn out your muscles that the exercise works. So be aware of stabbing or sudden pains.
