Disclaimer for kids and youth teams in Boulders
The following is a disclaimer and a general orientation on behavior and safety that must be accepted before your child starts climbing at Boulders.
Children under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian accept these terms on their behalf. By registering for a class , you confirm that you understand and accept the terms of the disclaimer.
Health and injuries
All activity and climbing at Boulders is at your own risk. Boulders accepts no responsibility for your use of the facilities or outdoor areas. As a user, you are responsible for ensuring that your/your child's health condition makes it safe to participate in the activities at Boulders.
Climbing is a sporting activity where injuries and accidents can occur. The customer therefore accepts that the use of Boulders' facilities, including climbing walls and equipment, is at their own risk and that Boulders cannot be held liable for any claims for compensation. This also applies to damage to the customer or third parties.
It is the participant's own responsibility to inspect the landing area before the participant starts climbing. If you are in doubt, you should consult with the staff before you start. In addition, Boulders follows Danish liability law. If you are responsible for a group of children under the age of 16 or underage climbers, your signature/acceptance is considered a valid waiver of liability for all participating persons.
Pay attention to the following
Climbing elements, climbing shoes and climbing walls can be slippery.
Mat hardness can vary depending on age and wear.
Falls can be sudden and unexpected.
Falls from great heights can be dangerous.
Falls from low heights can also be dangerous.
Make sure your landing area is clear of objects and/or people.
Climb down instead of jumping to avoid wrong landings.
Get your bearings before you start climbing and as you move around the gym.

You need climbing shoes when you climb. No bare feet, socks or other types of indoor shoes!
Take care of yourself and know your limits.
Parents/guardians responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children follow the rules so that everyone can climb safely:
Running in the hall is not allowed, neither on nor off the mats.
Children should not play or stay on the mats as they are designed for falls.
Children are not allowed to play or stay in the training area.
Noise should be kept to a minimum to create a good experience for everyone.
Young children should primarily use the children's climbing walls, but are welcome in the rest of the hall with extra supervision.
Proper climbing etiquette, such as keeping a fair line, must be followed.
Wash hands after meals before climbing.
Climbing shoes must be used.
