Why bouldering?

Bouldering is a simple and creative way to exercise. You climb short routes on 4-meter-high walls above thick mattresses, and you don't need any experience or equipment to get started.

It's not just about reaching the top, but about finding your own way there. Each route is a little puzzle that challenges both your body and your mind. You learn to think on the move, use your strength wisely, and discover muscles you didn't know you had.

What is the difference between rope climbing and bouldering?

Rope climbing takes place on higher walls, typically 10–20 meters, and requires a harness, rope, and a partner to secure you. This is more about endurance and cooperation, while bouldering focuses on short, intense sequences and creative problem solving. Both forms provide strength, focus, and peace of mind, but bouldering is the fastest way to experience the joy of climbing.
