Climbing: When you are ready, start climbing the route on the Kilter Board. Focus on keeping good form and technique throughout the route, making sure you activate the relevant muscle groups.
Challenge yourself: As you become more familiar with the Kilter Board, you can challenge yourself by choosing more difficult routes or adding weight to your workout.
How do you set up in the app?
Download the app: Find the Kilterboard app in your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and download it to your smartphone or tablet.
Create an account: Open the app and create an account by following the on-screen instructions. You may need to enter your email address and create a password.
Connect to the Kilter Board: Follow the instructions in the app to connect to the Kilter Board via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Select routes and grips: Use the app to find and select routes and grips that suit your skill level and training goals. You can also create and save your own routes.
Track your training: The app keeps track of your training history and progress, so you can easily see your improvements over time.
What should you focus on?
