Lattice Training workshop in Boulders CPH Sydhavn

This weekend Tom Randall, Ollie Torr and Madeleine Cope from Lattice Training visited Boulders CPH Sydhavn.

This weekend we had the honor of being home for the seminar with Lattice in Boulders CPH Sydhavn for 54 psyched climbers.

Most climbers need no introduction to Lattice. But for those who don't know them, check them out at Website, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

The seminar was originally scheduled to take place in January 2022, but due to covid we had to push it to the summer as Lattice was flying in from Sheffield, England. This resulted in a hot day packed with lots of insights on how to get the most out of your training, where to put your focus for effective development and much more.

It finally happened that Tom, Ollie and Maddy landed in Copenhagen, and the days were divided up as follows:
Saturday was workshop day for 45 climbers, who were sent around in groups of 15 for practical and theoretical presentations on 3 different topics. Over 8 hours we delved into finger strength with Ollie Torr, how to make your own training plan with Tom Randall and about the body's energy systems (how the body works during climbing and how to get the most out of training and recovery) with Maddy Cope.

The day was rounded off with a Q&A in the sun to answer any final questions.

On Sunday, 9 strong climbers were tested and assessed head to tail for 3 hours for an Individual Assessment, to get a professional assessment of their strengths and weaknesses by the best in the business. They will then each receive a report of the results, giving them a great opportunity to focus in the right places on their journey to becoming better and stronger climbers.

This was only the first seminar with Lattice in Boulders, but certainly not the last. class Watch your email and our social media channels when we announce the next event so you can make sure of a place. There will be a limited number of places and benefits for members.

On Sunday 9 experienced climbers, 3 at a time, came for individual assessment over 3 hours. Their endurance and strength were put to the test in a variety of exercises. They will all receive a report of their results after a few days.

Thanks to everyone who attended the Lattice Symposium! We are proud to provide Denmark's climbers with a platform to learn from the world's best climbing coaches. That was not the last you saw at Lattice in Boulders!
